Baked Pasta with Cream and Parmigiano Reggiano

It has been raining here lately, so I was in the mood for something warm and rich.  What better way to satisfy my craving than with a baked pasta dish.  I added a little bit of freshly grated nutmeg and the pasta turned out wonderful.  It was rich and creamy with a hint of nutty flavor; perfect for lifting up the spirits when the weather is trying to bring you down.
