I love lamb and this post is dedicated to sharing the love. My neighbor refuses to eat lamb, because he claims it has too strong of a flavor. Well, I am here to tell you that this is just not true. Lamb has a very delicate flavor and this recipe is a perfect way to acquaint yourself with it. The recipe combines sweet spiced honey with the savory lamb. It was easy and fast and oh so delicious!
